YOUR WALLS ARE NOT YOUR ENEMY.

OUR WALL INSULATION WILL PROVE THAT

LEARN FOR THE FIRST TIME THE HIDDEN SECRETS OF “HOW YOUR WALLS CAN BECOME YOUR BIGGEST ALLY WHEN IT COMES TO KEEPING YOUR DREAM HOME WARM”

You can achieve that impossible dream of super insulated, dry walls, that also happen to be great at stopping noise. Super-Insulated walls are not the sole preserve of the super wealthy. Super-insulated walls whether they are internal or external need not only be available in fancy foreign building systems with words like “HAUS” tagged onto the end of them.

Discover the secrets of how you can create super insulated walls without being a CIVIL ENGINEER or a MECHANICAL ENGINEER, and it doesn’t matter whether your walls are already built or if you are about to start building.

OK Lets start with some basics;

Walls, Walls, they come in all shapes and sizes, all sorts of colours and all sorts of methods are used to make them. There’ really useful for keeping your roof held up and making you feel really safe inside, but they have a dark side.

If not properly insulated Walls can make your life a living hell.

30% of your annual heating bill can escape out through your external walls and noise can travel through them making you feel sometimes like you are sitting out in your front garden for all the good they are in trying to stop the noise from that ambulance siren that’s blasting into your living room.

Let’s face it the vast majority of external walls are made from either bricks or blocks. All very fine but blocks and bricks while strong and durable are terrible at insulating and very good at transmitting noise.

In the past most walls were constructed using ventilated cavities (see our cavity insulation page if you want the skinny on the drawbacks of cavity walls and the revolutionary new liquid insulation that’s become available to superinsulate them) and even if you were lucky enough to have some insulation in your cavities, it turns out that insulation was little better than useless. Draughts was the big drawback, circulating in the wall cavities and like a gigantic “hoover” sucking the heat out of your home and making you and your loved ones miserable.

FAST FORWARD onto today when most wall construction techniques have leapt forward. Most external walls now use what’s known as VAPOR barriers. They look like shiny membranes which effectively stop outside air from getting in through your walls in the first place.

Problem solved you’re thinking. Right ? Wrong!

Even though most external walls today are now airtight you still have the problem of the wrong type of wall insulation being used.

Let’s put it this way. If you use the same wall insulation that has been used in homes and buildings for the last 50 years, you’re going to get the results that most of us had to endure for the last 50 years, which is a freezing cold, hard to heat home or building.

Wall Insulation materials that come in sheets and rolls have a fundamental drawback. They are next to impossible to seal properly. To stop heat escaping ideally you need a seamless barrier across your insulation. If there’s jagged edges and uneven joints in your glassrockwool or fibre board’s then your U values will be destroyed.

The other shocking thing about most common types of wall insulation is that when they get damp, they sag, they curl, they pull away from the surfaces they were meant to insulate and when they do that they become useless.

The shocking fact is most modern homes and buildings today are still using old and ineffective wall insulation systems.

The ideal wall insulation for the modern home or building has to be seamless, airtight, have great U values and not be affected by dampness or moisture.

Fusion E2000 Closed Cell foam hits all those targets in the bullseye.

If you are building new or just renovating you can achieve super-insulated airtight and acoustically super quiet walls.

Your home and your building will be the envy of all your friends and all it takes is simply to specify Fusion E2000 wall Insulating foam

E2000 is radically different to any other types of wall insulation in that it acts in synergy with your wall construction to lock out cold and significantly reduce the transmission of noise. E2000 rapid set rigid foam has class leading U values, but that’s not all. E2000 when sprayed onto one side of your walls, whether they are exterior walls or internal stud partition walls, sticks to the sheet rock and timber and then does something really spectacular. It expands to over 50 times its original volume and seals forever, locking rigidly between your timbers.

E2000 is performance guaranteed for life and it won’t shrink, warp or loose its insulating abilities .

You’r probably thinking “Hey this stuff is great but it’s going to be really difficult to convince my builder to install this”

Well here’s the great news . Fusion Insulation applies this foam for you. We do the work for your builder so he doesn’t have to worry and he doesn’t have to store bulky insulation on site.

It’s fast too. Typically we can SUPERINSULATE an entire house in just 5 working days and once installed you get the satisfaction of an industry beating lifetime warranty.

Our foam is fully certified and approved across Europe and what’s more its German made, which means “Uber” quality and “Vorsprung” U values.
